The Daily Meditation 12.01.2013Knowing Freedom and Abundance
Rev Martha Quintana, Senior Minister
Freedom exists solely for the experience of knowing Life so completely and so intimately that no one can deny it belongs to him or her. In this moment I call forth my own freedom and I understand that as I do, I live my own life in my own way. I live as God intended, and I live as I intended. The whole of life is already complete within me so all that is left is my own experience of it.
I am the One I have been waiting for, and I am the One I experience so completely and deeply that it cannot be denied. I am that One. I live, breathe, and know that my next step and my next are always known in my soul. I am the One I have seen again and again. Each time I look into another’s eyes, I see myself. Whenever I experience my life I see myself. When I am quiet in the still of night, I see myself. I am enough and So It Is.
The first prayer folds into the next. There is One Abundance so magnificent It cannot be contained in mere numbers; so vast it lives beyond my imagination; so amazing It is All There Is. It cannot be quantified and still It stands in Everything.
I am one with this vast, unqualified, uncountable Presence. I live in It and It has its way with me now and always and in all ways. I am certain of it as I am certain of my own existence. As I know this for me, I know this for all beings who read or experience this prayer. I am certain of them, too.
In this moment, I affirm and declare abundance. Everywhere I look, everything I see, all that I experience is vast and uncountable. The Rio Grande Center’s coffers are full to overflowing and all of its resources are so vast they are uncountable. The Center moves with ease, delivers its services with a divine flow, and knows itself so completely that every single person who arrives on its doorstep is welcomed with open arms. Every member of this Spiritual Community derives exactly what he or she desires, and all of us live in peace, abundance, harmony, and love. I am so grateful.
I give thanks for the Rio Grande Center and its abundance. I give thanks for all of its members and for all the desires that are fulfilled. I am grateful for the wonderful Youth Program, for the new location, for all of the human, financial, and community resources that converge on our Center. I am in love with all of it and I am so happy.
With a grateful heart, I release my word knowing that it cannot come back to me void.
And So It Is.
Amen.
