	The Daily Meditation 10.04.2013 I am so Blessed Barbara Kraft, RScP I am reminded of the song we sing each Sunday at the beginning of our service titled “I Am So Blessed”. It goes on to the next line “I am so grateful”.I look around at all that exists in my life and that song helps me to remember that it is all Good and all God. The God that resides in each one of us. That place of unconditional Love and acceptance. It is that place of non-judgement and peace.I am so blessed…..for all that appears in my life. All that I call good and all that I label bad. I am so grateful…… for the lessons I learn and the experiences I endure. They teach me to be better, stronger and yes, happier. I am so blessed……for the life I choose to live and all those who have come into my life who have made this a rich and fulfilling life. I am so grateful……for this teaching that shows me that I can have what I desire and I can overcome the self imposed obstacles. I greet each day with a deep breath, an open mind, and a song in my heart. I am so blessed……..I am so grateful for all that I have. And so it is.
