Many Paid-To-Click sites offer "rented referrals" that you pay for short-term, and you get paid for their clicks and task-earnings, in addition to your own clicks and earnings.
I was very curious about the quality of rented referrals so I looked at several popular sites and also contacted support if I couldn't find answers on the sites.
