Breakfast in a Jar
We now know you can make salads in Mason jars, but did you know you can also make great breakfasts to go in a jar too? This is a perfect recipe to make the night before, so your breakfast is waiting for you in the refrigerator, alive, raw, living and delicious. It will give you energy - rather than make you sleepy, as cooked foods tend to do.This recipe tastes delicious raw, but if you don't like muesli, you can just use cooked organic oats. While the below recipe calls for mangos, you can also use any number of other healthy and delicious fruits - strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, bananas . . . you name it!
