A person needs to look for in a prospect not only skills but motivation because a motivated person can always learn the skills to building a business due to the fact that he is open minded. A person who has lots of skills and is excellent at everything that he does may be lazy. Therefore avoid prejudicing your prospects by thinking that a certain person on your list can do the business while thinking another person can't do the business.
