This cool, refreshing and healthy taste treat is a longtime summertime favorite for us. Though this version calls for sweetener, you actually don't need any sugar or sweetener for this recipe to taste great. Consider spicing it up a bit more with a bit of minced garlic and garlic juice (a little goes a long way). And, don't use just any oil - use a healthy one like true extra virgin olive oil (beware of ripoffs!) or hemp oil.
