There is an old saying if you fail to plan then you plan to fail. That is the main reason why so many people see success escape them, while others have massive success because they planned their activities, they took massive action, they reviewed their results and made adjustments. Then they repeat the process over and over again. That is how the Slight Edge works. People need to spend less time planning a vacation and much more time planning their lives. Life is not a practice session. We live just once and unfortunately there is no such a thing as a second life.
I really thought the book called the Slight Edge by Jeff Olson was really fantastic!
