...here are some answers. Our business and those of our clients needed to be abreast of the obvious looming crises a few years ago. We made a concentrated effort pay down all debt and stay liquid and then applied pressure to our stronger markets and fully integrated Social Medias which was just starting to BLOOM. The appeal is the obvious very low cost to be successful in engaging Existing Customers and the platforms provide an inexpensive way to generate new leads and sales which equals higher PROFITS. Just looking over the results of 9 companies we work with...they all enjoyed Increase in Sales, Profits and in some cases new employees.... Most of this would NOT have been possible with well written Plans of Action, Research of Market, Understanding of the Customer Persona, knowing where they hang out and Masterminding. Cross promotion has also been a useful tool and very cost effective. All of these opportunities were available to everyone and still are...... Most seem not to want to invest the Time and Energy, rather spend fruitless hours hours chasing Rainbows
