I Am Grateful For The Life-Giving Spirit

As I breathe in, I know that life-giving, love-giving spirit is the moving force behind everything seen and unseen in the universe. Spirit/Source is Love, Warmth, Comfort, Health and Well-Being.

I am able to look past appearances and know that in the depths of this cold winter, I am filled with God. That means I am filled with warmth, radiant health and well-being, and love. My body knows how to heal itself, because it is inspired with Spirit. Spirit surrounds me like a warm blanket, infusing me with love, hope, faith, and knowing that all is well. I replace fear with faith, sickness with health, cold with warmth, as I embrace gratitude for all I have and all I am.

As this is true for me, it is true for all who read these words. Each person who longs for perfect health has it now. Each person who needs comfort has it now. Each person who needs love is filled with it now.

I am grateful for the life-giving Spirit that is always present, and for the power of my word to invoke and evoke it now. I am grateful for all people who read these words, for all are blessed and are a blessing.

And I release my words to be fulfilled.

And so it is.
