	Hi folks, Jim Allen III has continued to be a very active member of Adlandpro for many years now. His contributions do not go unnoticed. He not only maintains some excellent forums here at ALP, but he also assists with the Person-of-the-Week (POTW), and in so many other areas. Please take a few seconds to post a kind word or two to thank Jim Allen III for being the special person that he is, for all of his dedication, for all of his heart (yes, heart as in he cares about others so much) work and hard work too. Jim you are truly a very special friend and we may not say it enough but, "You 'da man!" Thx, Steve
