This thread is a great idea, Steve! Observers see us differently, and the moon observes lots of things...hopefully the best in people that others don't see. When I was a kid, I was fascinated with how the moon follows us at night, no matter how fast we run, it keeps up with us :) Sometimes in cold weather there's a rainbow around the moon, supposedly made of ice crystals reflecting light, but really it's a special gift nighttime rainbow from the moon for people who haven't seen one during the day from the sun for a long time :) God created the moon on the 4th day, along with the sun & stars! The moon governs the night and gives light on the earth and marks the seasons & days. Genesis: 1:14-19
