After being introduced to Adfly (pay-per-click)... I spent around 4 hours doing some research:
In any business... you should always be looking at leverage. How much leverage in any business action do you get on your efforts.
I am always looking at the numbers and treat running a business almost like a science. Numbers fascinate me. And I like to study the ROI (return on investment). Particularly the return on investment of time for amount of effort put in.
Linkn (pay-per-click) for example pay out $7 dollars per 1000 clicks as apposed to Adfly's $4.
This is an example of identifying the most efficient ROI for your effort.... this of course is based on the assumption - that all other things are equal - between these two services, and it is as easy to get the clicks with one program as it is in another. This would perhaps require a split test. Creating virtually identical splash pages for example... but one has the 'Adfly' URL and one has the 'Linkn' URL and then split them in the same ad campaign and check the numbers.
This is something I don't personally have time to do, as you would perhaps have to clock up several thousand clicks to get back enough relevant data to tell a story.
I consider the following service to have a greater ROI than both Adfly and Linkn:

This service is not like that... you can post daily to your hearts content (yes, some blogs and forums have a limit on how many posts you can make in a day... but it doesn't matter, because there are so many, when you reach a limit, you move on to the next one), and watch the points clock up... and then convert those points to cash whenever you choose.
