Did you also call Order Entry this morning and hear the audio promotion for a free VIVIX during the holiday season--which presumably includes New Year's Eve tomorrow--with a $100 sign up?

Join with a $100 Order, Get the Gift of Vivix® Free offer ends. In order to make way for a new promotion that will run through March 2012, we need to close this promotion 2 days earlier than expected. So be sure to take advantage of this terrific offer by the time it ends on 12/29.

Thankfully, SHAKLEE is allowing system over rides. If you have someone who wants the free VIVIX sign up special, you HAVE to do it through Field Support TODAY and have them over ride the system. Neither we nor our new member can do it online now--not even Order Entry can do it. Field Support is closed Monday, so you could try to do something about it Tuesday...but it would be better to do it TODAY to make sure your new member gets it. I'm grateful to Susan at Field Support, and grateful that SHAKLEE allowed the over ride so I could honor the dates on the promotional materials I've been passing out all month.

In addition, ordinarily the new member signing up online could put the first order on autoship and get the additional discount on Vitalizer and any other 10% off autoship items they're ordering in the first order. So to still get those discounts, the order has to be created as an autoship, which can't be sent out till Jan. 5 because of the black out period.
