How Successful Has Network Marketing Been for You in 2011?
11/6/2011 4:56:43 PM
The year 2011 is almost over!

In the last 10 months how much has your business grown? How many new friends did you make? Did you reach your goals that you had set for yourself? How about new leads, how is that going? Have you taken the time to listen to what your new prospect had to say? Are you building relationships with people?

We all need to ask ourselves these questions. All of the above is very important when you are building a business from home. Take, how many new friends have you made, for example. If you are not making new friends, getting new people to talk to about your business then how is your business going to grow? We have to network and find new people to talk to. But, when you do find them don't start out by saying how great your business is. Take the time to get know them a bit. Find out what their needs are, what they are looking for. Then if you have something that would fill that void, then you can talk to them about your company. Most people don't like to be sold, I know I don't and you probably don't either.

Goals, we need to set them. We have to write down what are goals are going to be. Lets say you want to have 20 new people in your business in the next 60 days. Write down that goal so in 60 days you can see if you met that goal. If you have not met your goal, then you look back at what you were doing to get 20 people in 60 days and make some changes and then set new goals and see if your changes that you made worked. If you don't set goals, then, how do we know we achieved them. So Goal setting is very important when growing your business.

Leads, you need new leads if your business is going to grow. The ideal way to get leads is to have them coming to you, because, they want what you got. You need a system in place to have new leads coming to you. In other words, you become the hunted instead of the hunter. If you have this in place, when they do come to you, it makes it much easier to start building a relationship with them. Building a relationship is key if you want them in to your business. Once you start building a relationship with them, you also build trust. Trust is important, they need to trust you and know that you are going to be there for them after they join you. Be there, you must. You need to help them get started, you need to help them, teach them, mentor to them. You need to remember, your success depends on their success. Your business growing depends on their growth. You must keep this relationship long after they join your business. Grow it together, work together for the common good of the business.

It is up to you to take control of your business. If you want more control and you want to learn more about these important points. If you want to know how to talk to people, figure out what kind of personality they have. If you need skills to help you in your Network Marketing business, then you need to find resources that will help you reach those goals and to learn more about Network Marketing.
