I would like to start accepting nomionations for the TOP PROGRAM AWARD.
Below are the guidelines and please if you have any suggestions that will help as far as clarity or believe there is a point of validity missing please send me a message.
The Top Program Award- To identify a top program based on votes by AdlandPro members. The Top Program Award Vote is to introduce to all members a sound and reputable business or program to other members of the AdlandPro Community. In doing so this would give it exposure as well as open it up to the pro and con discussions by the community
Guidelines and Standards
A recommendation to be the Top Program Award can be made by anyone.
If you have a great business or program and you or someone else can recommend your business or program to be a Top Program contender.
Submission should come with a detailed reason why it is a Top Program and as to why it should be recognized as such.
Comments in the Top Program Award will be open and can be made during the voting and again after a winner has been declared in the congratulatory thread.
As members have the chance to recommend a business or program this will provide recognition and feedback and everyone has a different opinion. Clearly the business or program would have a reputation that could be defended by its own merits.
As the program is subject to examination by all members and both comments and a vote are being made by these same members, the principal submissions will be by members who believe they have a legitimately sound program and are not just entering for advertising purposes.
Affiliate URL links will not be allowed for Business or Program. The URL must be showing as a business or non-affiliated URL where no credit is provided by having viewers click on the link.
Too keep and have an impartial vote and to insure the business or program is judged on it’s own merits, the member making the recommendation of the business or program will not be associated with it on the voting list. Therefore submissions will be kept confidential.
The reasons why a business or program is being selected must be stated along with the recommendation for Top Program Award.
Below are the standards that will be used to have the business or program slated for a vote.
Remember the more information provided the more likely the recommendation will be selected as a candidate for the Top Program Award.
Company Profile and URL
- What do we see them? (URL cannot be masked, affiliated or redirected)
- Products or Services Offered What do they offer, service, product, program?
- Years of Operation How many years have they been in operation?
- Reliability Awards, Associations or Recognition References such as BBB, or other forms of recognition. Do they offer email, telephone or live chat support? Are there any verifiable testimonials etc…
- What are the Benefits Low costs – Solid payment plans – Contact management – Lead Generation – Multi-customized marketing sites – Video training –Training – Conference calls – Company experts available by phone or email.
- Your Reason for Recommending When you make a submission it will have to come with a detailed reason as to why it is a Top Program and should be recognized as such. The submission being made is for actual recognition of a strong and worthy program and as such will be subject to both praise and scrutiny.
Making a recommendation of a business or program does not ensure it will be posted for the Top Program Award. If more information is needed you will be contacted.

If you are listed as a Top Program candidate and you do not win you will be eligible to be nominated again in 30 days.
POSTING & COMMENTING
Respect – Everybody has a right to his/her opinion and nobody is perfect, thus respect other people's comments and ideas. You can always argue intelligently, but keep it respectful. Terms, messages and/or content that shall not be tolerated:
Vulgarities, offensive, slanderous, obscene and/or insulting comments;
Threats and harassment; Personal attacks; Discriminatory, racist and/or sexist comments; Comments that incite to violence and/or hatred;
Comments that have nothing to do with the thread and that are destined solely for provocation. Comments that divulge personal and confidential information that allow for the identification of a person other than you.
Lack of respect towards another member, an administrator and/or moderator; Comments provided in a language other than English.
Spamming (Posting the same message in repetition).
It is forbidden to engage in any form of illegal activity, most notably the unauthorized copying and distribution of software, content, pictures, and images. Moreover, you must at all time make sure that your posts are free of any legal limitation and that they do not infringe upon the rights of others, notably copyright.

Envision the quality link back to this forum that you could provide to your prospects or for advertising purposes. This is a great advantage with a link back to the Top Program Award, where a vote and discussion can be seen by your prospects?
