I have been marketing 30 years in Network Marketing and the concept has never changed. In order to succeed in any online business, it requires growth.

I have read the SCAM forums and other forums of marketers complaining that they were ripped off and actually only about 2-3% of the businesses listed actually were of criminal intent. Others are perfectly legal but the reason these marketers were failing is that they fell for the oldest trick in the trade, the term "NO SPONSORING REQUIRED".

Although you might be able to make money without sponsoring people in odd programs, someone still has to feed the program with people or no money is disbursed.

This is an impossibility in any business as the company needs growth to survive. I have experienced this and so have you. The worst part is, you will always experience fallout as many marketers, first of all, have no clue on how to build an online business, secondly, are not willing to do what it takes (no motivation) and third but not least, they do not have the patience to let it grow.

An online business takes time to mature (3-6 months), then it goes through its development phase (6-12 months) and then it starts to return a full time income.

How do I know this?

I follow this rule in every business I join and I create a healthy monthly income. Everyone says it's because I have a list and you know what, they might be right but how did I get that list. I'll tell you how, from mere determination not to fail, working my butt off 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pure motivation made me the success I am today and it can do the same for you.

Stop telling yourself and others that you can't refer people because if you start to believe that, then you're done and you may as well just quite doing anything on the internet and get a job. The Internet can make you very wealthy or very broke depending on what you are willing to do.

So remember, no matter what business you go into, do not depend on anyone else to build your business, you couldn't do that off line, so what makes you think you can online. When a business plan tells you that everyone needs to refer 2 or 3 or 4 people to make it work, then you must follow the plan. It wasn't designed to work any other way.

So the next time you join an online business, be prepared to follow the guidelines of the program, do exactly what the compensation plan tells you to do, OR YOU WILL FAIL EVERYTIME!

Do not blame others and the person to blame for your failure is looking right at you in the mirror.
