This article will cover the following topics:
What is a 3×10 Matrix?
What is Spillover?
How can I predict Spillover?
These topics will be related to the matrix BizOppers
uses in their payplan to compensate their gold members.
No matrix will ever make something bad become good and sell well over time.
If you have ever been in a matrix connected to a bad product, you know
that it might start well and then go bad from the ground up.
The product has to be good enough for the last person to
be willing to pay for it with no promise of future earnings.
To me a matrix translates to rewards for being loyal.
Loyal as in being a long time customer, promoting the
product or a combination of both.
A good matrix lets you, if you start today, earn more
than me even though I have been there from the start.
What is a 3×10 Matrix?
The first number (3) tells you how many each can have on their first level.
The second number (10) tells you how many levels down the matrix goes.
Basically it means that you can only have 3 people directly below you.
This goes for everyone else too.
All are equal.
The number 10 tells you how far down your own personal matrix goes.
This goes for everyone else too.
All are still equal.
An example would be like this:
Your starting point: You
Level 1 Adam (referred by you)
Level 2 Eve (referred by Adam)
Level 3 Julio (referred by Eve)
Level 4 Kate (referred by Julio)
Level 5 Ralph (referred by Kate)
Level 6 Agnes (referred by Ralph)
Level 7 Kurt (referred by Agnes)
Level 8 Joy (referred by Kurt)
Level 9 Roger (referred by Joy)
Level 10 Hermine (referred by Roger)
Level 11 Harry (referred by Hermine) not in your compensationplan.
This would be a straight line and there would be room for many people on each level.
Where new people are placed depends on who refers them, and what level the first
available spot in their matrix can be found.
A full 3×10 matrix looks like this:
Level 1 3
Level 2 9
Level 3 27
Level 4 81
Level 5 243
Level 6 729
Level 7 2187
Level 8 6561
Level 9 19683
Level 10 59049
If you fill your matrix, the matrix of the people on your first level
is filled down to their level 9. Whenever you refer someone it’s good
news for you and atleast 9 other people
What is spillover?
Spillover is what happens when a person is referred by someone who
has a full first level. In this case 3 people. The referred person
is then placed in the first available spot in the referrers matrix.
In this example we have a full first level of 3 people who joined
in this order Mary, Jane and Peter. It’s first come first served.
A new member would then end up under Mary.
This new member is spillover for Mary and represents earnings
even though she doesn’t understand much about matrices or levels.
She only joined because she wanted the product.
The next 2 people will also spill over to Mary, unless she sponsors
people and fills her first level that way. Then the next spillover
goes to Jane, unless her first level is full etc..
If you have seen a champagnepyramide I think you can relate.
If you haven’t, here’s an animation to show you:
How can I predict spillover?
Predicting spillover is not easy at all.
Spillover depends completely on your upline, your sponsor and everyone above.
I do not recommend waiting for spillover.
If it happens, fun, if not: Go promote
Anyway, in some cases it’s possible to predict spillover, and here’s
why you can expect it if you’re unable to refer 3 people in the first
few months after prelaunch is over and the site has launched properly.
Anyone in your upline who wants to earn on more than 2 levels
have to personally sponsor 5 people who upgrades.
That’s originally 3 people on first level and 2 people will spill over.
In some cases they will be sponsoring because they have already
filled their first 2 levels and below, because of spillover.
That means in effect that all 5 persons will be spillover.
If someone wants to earn on the levels 6 to 10, they have to qualify
there too, and the requirement is 10 personally sponsored people
that upgrades to gold.
In most cases this will create an avalanche of interest in promoting
and people will work harder to meet their requirements.
If you started from scratch today and referred 10 gold members, the
first 2 you sponsored would have their first level filled and the
last one would have 1.
That equals to 3 more levels of upgraded people for everyone in
your upline, which creates the want to qualify for earnings, which
in turn creates spillover, which creates more levels in the
downline of everyone in the uplive, which..
I think you get the picture.
This can only go on for a certain amount of time, but you should
not even think about that aspect today. This is your chance to
get in on something from the start and the launch is only a
couple of days away, May 1st, 2011.

Another aspect that will create a kind of spillover, which really
isn’t spillover, is that the matrix is for gold members only.
At the same time free members can refer people and earn on upgrades.
What does this mean?
It means that free members will promote Bizoppers.
When a new member upgrades he/she will be placed in the first available
spot in the matrix of the first gold member in the free members upline.
Long difficult sentence, feel free to read it a few times and ask me questions.
Even though this isn’t spillover (according to me) it will act
and feel just like spillover to you and you will benefit from it.
I probably have more than 1500 free members in my downline.
All of these people could be working for your benefit too,
if you join and upgrade today.
For BizOppers to have a real longtime future, it has to have a real
value to the last person that joins. A value that makes them pay
their monthly fee and be happy about it.
I don’t think BizOppers is quite there yet today, but I am sure
they will improve as times goes by to become a great product.
When you join you have 10 people in your upline.
When you upgrade you create different wants in all of them.
These wants will create reactions and actions.
This is predictable
