I believe everyone needs a system
11/17/2010 12:20:15 PM
Hi there!

I am not one for strong statements, but I have been around a while on the Internet and I think we all need some form of structured activity here to make our primary business successful. There are lots of systems out there, but I am convinced that you need to chose one and stick with it long enough so that you start to see results. As you probably know, if you have been reading my posts, the one that I work with is ANT. I have found the combination of training and tools used fit my needs very well. In any case, it is worth a quick look to see if it suits your requirements for a system.

Here is the link: click me!

Yes, it is a tracking link, but it only tracks where clicks to my site come from. It does not track your details. It just tells me that you were linked to the site from this forum at AdlanderPro. That way I can see how effective mentioning ANT on here is.

Have a grand day, John.

PS - If you want to know how to set up tracking links, just ask.
Onward and upward,

Hi John

I would definitely agree with you on the need for a structured system with a end goal in place. On the wall behind my laptop I have my weekly schedule of activity which keeps my highly focussed and moving forwards.

Of course once these are done then its okay to waste time watching funny cat videos on youtube!

Hi Igor,

I once did a time management course where the guy turned up with a box of pine needles. By the end of the course we had managed to stick them onto branches and make a small tree out of them. That was a good way to see how to structure your activities. A weekly schedule is also a good way.

Have a good weekend, John.
