Unseen Pain

Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them
that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (KJV)
How does one keep up a regular routine,
When life’s pain is so great and yet it’s unseen?
There’s not a doctor to help with the pain.
It is so great it could drive one insane.
There is one physician to whom we can go.
The Great Physician, the name is apropos.
Greater and wiser than the doctors on earth.
He has watched o’er us since the day of our birth.
You need no appointment or money to pay.
There’s not a chance He will turn you away.
Even while driving along in your car.
He’s ready to help any day, any hour.
“I’m with you always, to the end of the world.”
Matthew 28: His promise is unfurled.
He has not promised that there’ll be no pain.
But He has the power to turn pain to gain.
Go first to the Lord when trials are great.
Remember, with God you don’t have to wait.
So, trust in His Word, along with His care.
He’ll not give you more than you’re able to bear.*
* I Corinthian 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man:
but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the
temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”(KJV)
