Chapter Four:The Way of Humanity19

Seeing a disciple excessively reprimanding a subordinate of his, the Founding Master said,
“If you have admonished him without being attached to hatred or love, your words will become the dharma; but if you were so attached, then they will not become the dharma. According to the principle of heaven and earth as well, a change occurs if either heat or cold is too extreme; in the same way if one is too extreme in managing people one weakens oneself later.”
