Hi there and thank you all who voted for me as POTW.
I find writing about myself rather tedious, but realise that it is a chore that has to be done. So here we go:
I was born and raised in London in the UK but left after college to explore working overseas in Germany. Even at an early age I enjoyed travelling and, having been an ardent stamp collector in my school days, was intent on trying to visit all of the countries from which I had stamps in my album.
I have not achieved that yet, but I have managed to live in Germany, Bahrain and Japan and have visited many of the countries with some of the prettiest stamps such as the Seychelles and Mauritius. The Maldives and Galapagos are still on my list.
I have an online and an offline life. My real enjoyment is helping local kids prepare for their high school graduation exams and have to admit that I have had some considerable success in raising their marks. It is a real pleasure seeing them getting a good start in life. I also train adults in English and use of computers mainly for the local governmental employment exchange with the intention of enhancing their chances of entering or re-entering the job market.
Here on the Internet I have great pleasure in sharing free Internet marketing training, thus helping people to get started and improve their chances of making their Internet involvement a success.
Having gone a full circle, I am now living again in Germany. I have three great children, two grandchildren and a wife all of whom live in the UK and I try to get to see them as often as I can.
