I am following Dr. Ian Smith's 4 Day Plan . Rachel Ray had him on her show, and emphasized his 7 different plans of 4 Day Meals. A lot of Fresh fruits and veggies, which I love.
I am up every morning cleaning fruits and veggies for my son to take to work, as he read the book when it came in (I was in Kentucky for 3 weeks).
I love going to the Farmer's Market here to get things fresh.
