HI FRIENDS,
I wanted to post this as a reminder that people shouldn't spam each other with ads when inviting you to be a friend. If someone does that I don't ad them. Another thing that people do is blast ads once a person accepts their friendship. You need to get to know the other persons likes and dislikes as much as possible.Also you can find things you have in common with them. When I had direct contact I rarely sent ads , I sent information about my forums. Building relationships is vital to marketing. You know what Carla, me thinks the 'invite me as a friend ' tab should only be available at our profiles and nowhere else...if they click on our picture that should bring them to our profile where we can see why we are here in adland for business or just friendship..as I have done...at my profile...but mostly all the invites I get are from members who have not even bothered to look at my porfile and even read about me !!!!

I have stopped accepting invites that carry an ad with it.

Good idea, spammers are no fun.

I also get upset with people posting in my personal mail -advertisements. I don't read them, I delete them. So they are wasting their time and mine.
