Circumstances: 2 month old Misoh Gulabbaksh was abducted from his stroller this afternoon around 5:30 p.m. by an unknown black male in the 8000 block of Woodway. The suspect was a passenger in a small, two-door brown or beige Chevrolet. The driver of the vehicle is unknown. No photograph of the child is currently available. Anyone with information regarding the child, vehicle or suspects is requested to call the Houston Police Department at 713-308-3608.
