Dear friends, It seems as though I get nowhere fast. Microsoft keeps giving me the message: we have encountered a problem and most close... I have sent error reports and it seems that there is a faulty high priority update, that won't install. It effects my computer, even when not online. I have been in touch with Microsoft, they have told my they are working to resolve the problem. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I miss my friends here. Hugs, Mary
