	We are the World for Haiti I still say this is the perfect time for a "Venus Project"! Imagine all the MONEY these folks control from our whacked out monetary system. Where are the visionaries? Everyone is wanting to help. Now is the time to interject and make a step toward a dream of so many. Yes, they have a corrupted government, everyone knows this. As the song says: We are the children. We are the people of the World. So what's stopping it? From starting with Haiti? There has been a catastrophic disaster, these people were in poverty to begin with, so a step toward a "Venus Project" of the future seems appropriate. There is money coming in, people ready to help and fund a rebuild. It just seems this thing needs to get started somewhere. We know it won't be fully automated, computerized and all at this time. But don't you have to begin somewhere? %%poll%%, to participate in the poll please visit here Seems like it is, just more fun to bash our monetary system and our government than to do something constructive, to me. It is easy to run around and ask for donations and ask folks to give money. But why not address the real needs of people and start with Haiti? Jim Allen III

	Jim, Yes this would be an awesome place to start .. Replant the trees that have been deforested ... instead of idiots running over and adopting a single child .. they could sponsor parents there to adopt and care for the children who are orphaned and keep them in their culture ... use the donations to pay the people to rebuild their own cities any able bodied person should be working in the hospitals, schools, cleaning up ... getting ready to rebuild. there has to be some good ideas of how to handle this ...

	Hey Linda, All great suggestions and really doable. I believe there are lots that can be done by those with the power, influence and money could do. I am surprised none have done more than ask for donations. Also I find it amazing that those proponents of the "Venus Project" do not see the possibilities. Surprised they don't see this as a starting point. Guess it is easier to bash America and the monetary systems of the world. 	Hello Folks, I hope you are keeping up a bit. I found something of interest, not related to Haiti, but could be used there with a little push from those still talking about doing something. ie: "The Venus Project" is just talk at the moment IMHO.
