Fail to Plan is Plan to Fail
2/11/2010 5:02:15 PM
The secret ingredient that can be found in any successful business operaztion is planning. Anyone who fails to plan can plan to fail when it comes to operating a business. Without a good sense of where you are going with a business, you are more or less at the mercy of chance, odds, and probabilities ... as opposed to plans, purpose and good judgment. then, instead of you running a business, it will run you. the best way to avoid that from happening is to develop a plan of action with specific objectives in mind before you even start. These include:
- Analyze your reasons for even wanting to go into business,
- Determine the type of business that suits you best, and lastly,
- Score yourself on critical factors.
Unless this is accomplished, you will need a very difficult time in attracting customers. Your mental attitude will impede your growth. Your unhappiness will permeate the entire company; therefore, customers will leave you very quickly.
