Cozy Bread Pudding for Diabetics

Cozy Bread Pudding

2 cups French bread cubes

2 cups multigrain bread cubes

2 cups chopped unpeeled apples

1/3 cup golden raisins

1 1/2 cups fat-free half-and-half

3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg substitute

1/2 cup sugar substitute

2 tablespoons butter flavoring

1 teaspoons butter flavoring

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmet

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 Preheat over to 350F. Lightly coat 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine bread,apples and raisins in prepared dish. Whisk half-and-half, egg substitute, sugar substitute, butter flavoring, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and salt in large bowl untill blended. Pour over bred mixture; stir to coat. Let bread misture stand 15 minutes, stiring occasionally.

3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or untill set in center. Serve warm.
