Cinnamon Dessert Tacos with fruit Salsa
1 cup sliced Fresh strawberries 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple 1 cubed peeled kiwi 1/2 Teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper (optional) 4 teaspoons sugar substitute 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas Nonstick cooking spray
1.Stir together strawberries,pineapples,kiwi,jalapeno pepper. if desired,and sugar substitute in large bowl; set aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
2. Spray 1 tortilla lightly on both sides with cooking spray. Heat in nonstick skillet over medium heat until slightly puffed and golden brown. Remove from heat; immediately dust both sides with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Shake excess cinnamon-sugar back into bowl. Repeat until all tortillas are warmed. 3. Fill tortillas with fruit mixture and fold in half. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings
