Dried Beef Dip
1/1/2010 8:07:30 PM

I made this dip for New Year's eve. It was quite good spread on crackers.

Dried Beef Dip

16 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons milk

2 packages or jars dried beef, shredded or cut into small strips

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

4 tablespoons diced onion

1 tablespoon garlic powder

8 ounces sour cream

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Then add the spices and mix well. Last, stir the dried beef into the mixture.

Chill, then serve.

Hi Donna,

Thanks for the recipes. Both the Beef Dip and the Spinach Dip sound delicious. I'm going to have to try the Spinach Dip, since that's my favorite.

When you're lonely, I wish you Love!
When you're down, I wish you Joy!
When you're troubled, I wish you Peace!
When things seem empty, I wish you Hope!

Have a Happy New Year!

Phil

Hi Phil,

Both dips were popular with my family. The spinach dip is a good way to get your veggies, too.
