Fibromyalgia Relief

I have been told by some fibromyalgia sufferers that heat in the form of hot tubs, saunas, or tanning beds helps relieve the pain. I have not personally tried any of those things. Have you tried one or more, and, if so, did it seem to help afterwards?

I enjoy a hot bead for my back.
Nice when I use it, but it never lasts. :)

Hi Roger,

I have a niece who has fibromyalgia. She has a hot tub, which she says helps her pain a lot. I have never been in one so cannot say whether it would help me. She lives in Wisconsin and I live in Indiana, so, alas, I cannot try her hot tub!
