To sum it up, Lotto Magic costs twice as much to join as a Power Captain BUT you can earn the same amount monthly on the break-even point of 2 signups with only HALF as many people in your group, plus potential lottery winnings. If I was to go farther, you'd earn MORE with Lotto Magic in the longterm with fewer people, even by yourself, at $50 per signup. I'm sure my GVO upline isn't thrilled with this comparison BUT if you need the marketing tools, GVO is a great company, they show you how to do everything in baby-steps and that's very helpful for people who have no idea what to do, and you can eventually get paid thru 10 levels with GVO.
