Countering Challenges

Hello my friends, Facing an aging workforce in a downsizing corporate world. If we expect the world to meet us on the terms of yesteryear we are kidding ourselves. Job Security is a thing of the past. If you are over 40 computers and technology have made the U. S. more globally competitive. If your among all the boomers in the workforce your in a vulnerable state. The next generation is coming up fast. Theres corporate downsizing, massive layoffs. Those of you who are involved in MLM, the premise that gradually came across was that there are several essential virtues in making this kind of business go company and products, system and compensation. Examine the stability of the opportunity and vision of the company principles. 1) Do you personally love the results you experience from the products? 2) Make sure the compensation plan is financially beneficial for the serious network marketer as well as the casually active person. 3) You want to know that the company has a far reaching corporate vision but can also focus closely on the needs of new members, if the company is aware of your personal needs. Then you can start building your confidence about the industry. 4) Make certain you are comfortable with the system the company uses. You will want to define your objectives based on your circle of influence, resourses, and desires, how fast would you like to move? Set specific goals with specific time frames. So have a committed philosophy about treating your business associates with dignity and support. So MLM is a strong proponent that network marketing extends a real home, In every sence of the word if you choose to treat it as that. To Corporate refugees and those whose lives have all to often been torn apart by corporate America. I hope you find some use in this as I did. We treat our business the same way we want to be treated. Kathy Martin

Kathy, One of the problems we have is the attitude that people view network marketing. There are those that treat is as a hoby or a past time to earn a few dollars. The true Network Marketer will treat is as a profession. When done in the proper fashion, it can and should be an "Honorable Profession" which we can be proud of! What many people do not realise is that all companies are MLM. It is the way all organizations are sructured. The major difference though is the fact that a sincere person, with the right company that is part-time friendly can go into business, and with time and effort create a very substancial income. The secret is to stay away from the companies that have compensation plans that are not designed to reward the part-timmers, but are designed to reward the company and heavy hitters at the top.

Hiya Kathy with a K. What you say has lots of merit for sure kathy. We truly need to find that "other" source of income. Even as we get older it will provide with a comfort zone that most of will surely need. ?? But it takes along time on the net to get into a really good program or two. Scams abound !!! But if we stick together we can weed them out and find programs that actually work and make us money. Have a great evening ! Well nite :) Ron
