I network with the owner of a International firm, who has hundreds of direct-hire employment opportunities.  Due to overwhelming response from candidates sharing resumes prior to reading job orders,  I have created a networking group to help candidates connect with employment opportunities, who may not qualifiy for professional direct-hire job orders I service.
