For decades, people in MLM and Network Marketing have known that they build the biggest customer and distributor bases NOT by selling products or opportunities but by selling themselves! Even before MLM and Network Marketing became standards of our society, car dealers and insurance agents knew the value of getting themselves known within their communities.
When I was growing up in Pensacola, FL, the owner of one of the finest men's clothing stores in town, and the owner of one of the most successful car dealerships, got huge amounts of repeat business from the people who knew them from the churches they attended.
People will trust your product if they trust you.
