I Can’t, I Can’t, I Just Can’t

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (KJV)

I heard my father say till it became a chant.

“Nothing was ever done by those who say ‘I Can’t’.”

Moses started out with a similar excuse.

Those who have this attitude are not of any use.

God makes no mistakes when calling us to serve.

Remember that this honor, none of us deserve.

God knew before He asked that we were the right choice.

The hardest part of all is to make us hear His voice.

It took a burning bush before Moses heard God’s call.

And Paul, with blinding light, was no doubt hardest of all.

Gideon needed a fleece, so wet it filled a pail,

While Jonah was so stubborn it took a giant whale.

So don’t tell God you can’t.  He knows what you can do.

You might just find a whale swimming next to you.

One thing that you must know; God’s power will see you through.

God will never call you unless He goes there too.
