If you remember that your goal is to get premium leads and then call them to start a relationship. The set up is done once and from there you just advertise your free portals. I will be doing training for the Silvers, soon. There is free online training every day, which will help you get started, plus you can learn how to market effectively. Richmond, VA is a great area. In another life ;-D I attended some training in Washington and took some time to drive around. Traffic was a little crazy(not as bad as California), but the area was beautiful. I grew up near Chicago, IL and I do not miss the snow and humidity. Here in New Mexico, we get snow once in a while(none this year) and it melts off by noon. Up north they get more snow.
