Hi Gisela, Thank you this forum. We all need to be reminded how to stay happy. Life is moving us all so fast we sometimes forget to slow down and do these 7 things to stay on the right track. My husband and I both just retired and we have something unexpected happen everyday like cancelled medical and charges for new medical we didn't expect and money coming in and going out of the bank from different sources that we are totally overwhelmed. At the end of the day we just sigh and are thankful for our 5 pets who are oblivious of it all and just want to be cuddled.No worries on their minds. We put our worries aside and cuddle our pets and they like to sleep at the foot of our bed so our thoughts are on how to get an open spot where we all fit comfortably. Tommorow is another day.
