She's making profit! - Meet Amy
11/11/2005 5:42:27 PM
Hi all; As you know, my forums are about profit. Who's making it and how, who's not and why, and the skills we need to make profit. When I saw this in Amy's forum, I had to check into it; Amy's post ======================================== I'm sick and tired of all the doubters and skeptics who don't know what they're talking about, but they keep stealing the dreams of people who want to succeed online. These people are miserable and they want everyone else to be miserable with them. Enough already! I know you can make money online. I've proved it repeatedly over the last year. And I'm going to prove it again. That's why I'm inviting you to be part of special test group because I need you to succeed and do it NOW during the Holiday season. I want your success story... ======================================== Amy is right - there are a lot of skeptics and doubters. But, at the same time, there's also the folks that send out messages that say "sign up, this is great" - but when questioned, will confess they haven't actually made any money but that's the pitch they're "supposed to" use. So, I sent Amy a message to see if she's actually making a good income - and we've exchanged a few great emails. What a truly nice person she is.. she even sent me another charity site to add to my sewing site. lol. Not bad for part time! Anyway, Amy sells candles online, and she's making just under $1000/month. BUT - here's the kicker. That's part time! Amy is a full time teacher and has two children. If she can make that working part time, that tells me there's some potential for anyone that wants to learn from her. So, I'm inviting Amy over so that we can pick her brain. She's offered to personally take you under her wing and show you what she's doing. I might even sign up myself. Another hobby site that makes a stream of $$ never hurts. With that said, here's a link to Amy's forum and website; Forum; http://community.adlandpro.com/forumShowPost.aspx?PostID=191987 Website; http://www.DoYouBurnCandles.com Where to join her team; http://www.ateam.scent-team.com/newsignup.php I'll start with the first question for Amy.. : ) Linda P.S. Amy sent me a message that she's just leaving for a parent's meeting, but will be back later, so if you have questions for her, do post them so they're waiting for her.

Hi Amy - first question...

Hi Amy; First question for you. I went to the signup page to have a look. I like the associate plan better because it doesn't include having to buy the candle of the month myself. The form didn't give me much information, though. Can you tell me a little about how it works? For example, let's say I pick a couple of candles that I want to focus on selling most. Do I order the products at wholesale and ship them out myself? Or do they dropship? Is there a minimum order? Also, do I "have to" use the website they offer or can I create my own? Anything you can tell me about how the associate program works would be great. : ) Linda

Linda, I'm game....where's the party happening at! I'd like to give it a go and see for myself how this method works and the steps she has taken to get there. I agree with everything she has stated and feel pretty much the same way from time to time. Have a blessed day! Good Evening Linda I am back from my parent support group meeting - our youngest son is autistic, therefore, I meet with other parents of autistic children twice a month to network. Thanks for being patient and waiting for my reply. Great Questions. The Associate program is great for anyone who does not want a monthly autoship but wants to purchase candles at wholesale prices. Description: The Associate Program is a unique program which entitles members to purchase candles and other products slightly above the deep wholesale price (approximately 30% more) without being on the Candle of The Month autoship program. Associate program members can receive a 5% commission on the sales activities of any distributor they personally sponsor into either the Candle of The Month or Associate program. There is a minimum to ship... For 16 oz jar candles 12 (mix and match any of the 90+ scents) is required. For Votives - one dozen of the SAME scent. For Cinnamin Buns :O) - One Box of 16. If you travel to the factory you have NO MINIMUM. The factory is in Wilkes Barre PA (2 hours north of me) The company website is FREE with Candle of the Month Membership only - which an Associate can upgrade to at anytime. Personal websites are allowed - however, It is against policy to use our names or logos in independent websites. Here is my personal website - www.MiaBellaGold.com Also you can not sell through a website YET, but can take orders through email. I also have a Splash page that is an autoresponder - that is www.DoYouBurnCandles.com Dropshipping is done if it meets the minimum order requirement. For example, I could dropship a case(12) of jar candles to another address. We are Candle of the Month Members - Description: The Candle of The Month Program is a unique club which allows members to receive a brand new fragrance every single month. Members are put onto an autoship program and must maintain a $39.95 (or greater) autoship volume to remain active. Being a member allows you to purchase candles and other products at deep wholesale prices. In addition, club members can earn commissions on all sales activities of all distributors in their downline organizations 6 levels deep. Each new Candle of The Month package includes the following: (1) 16oz. Jar Candle (1) Dozen 2.5oz. Votives (1) Bella Bar (1) Company website The retail value of the Candle of the Month is over $60 - We always make a profit from our autoship. I look forward to hearing your success story with our company - Expect success!
