Hi Linda, Absolutely true - your list is of utmost importance. It is your way of connecting and growing with people all over the world. It is equally important to remember that the people on your list are real, live, air-breathing individuals and like to be treated as individuals, not just an email address on a list. That means that your list should always be treated first as a "Friends List," which means that each mailing should be treated as a letter to a friend (imagine you're going to receive the letter yourself). With this in mind, you will build a list that will be active and responsive for many years. God bless, Dave
