This affirmation means that you spend your time on the 20% of your activities that generate the most income.
It requires that you first know which activities are producing the most income.
That means you might want to make a list of your daily activities... and ask yourself which of those activities generate income.
What percentage of your income did each activity generate?
Then focus on the top 20%.
If you simply make it a practice to SAY this Affirmation throughout your day, your subconscious mind will HELP you choose the actitivities that most benefit you.
If you say it and believe it, your subsconscous mind will help you achieve it.
