I am into healthy living which means I am always looking for good tasting alternatives to the bad stuff that we all like to eat.
Here is my latest find:
SucaNut Popcorn
3 cups SucaNut (No Substitutes!)
3 cubes Real Butter (No Substitutes!)
1/4 Cup Real Cream or Half and Half
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
3 Popper Batches of Popcorn (If you use microwave popcorn, double this to 6 bags. Please consider not using microwave popcorn, that is a whole other lecture :-) )
Direction:
1. In a small saucepan, put first four ingredients.
2. Stir on high heat until boiling.
3. Turn down to low heat, boil for 4 minutes.
4. Add Vanilla and Baking Soda.
5. Stir (It will foam, that is good)
6. Pour over the popcorn.
7. Enjoy.
(Optional) Spread on tray and toast in oven until lightly glazed.
