I am just getting into my first MLM business that I will be able to put the time into it.  The marketing for my main business is very similar.  I love the fact that I have learned from the mistakes I made initially in that business.  I am trying to minimize mistakes for my new MLM business.  What steps do you recommend to get my business off on the right foot?

I will appreciate any comments, I know that a significant amount of people are in this Industry.  Every industry have best practices.,  What have you done in the first steps to insure success in your business?
