So Spanish property is a tangible moneymaking concept..its all a question of people packaging products each in their own way..?? So does anyone put together groups of investors or are people too scared..is the right legislature now in place to protect them??

so imagine a spanish bank has a complete beachside development of say 2400 units worth 200000 each we can get for 60000...if we look good enough bank will leave mortgages in place,and we pay out minimal deposit to developer who is on his knees...then we market.?????comprendes...actually its me who doesn´t comprende...i dont understand internet ,only property
