Hi Branka,
There is no clarification, I've always been amazed at the daily instant communications between worldwide strangers online (always? for just over 10 years) the internet is still very new but it has changed all our lives dramatically in a short time, so quickly that it's been taken for granted already for several years.
This lifetime...we are only here in this human life for an average of 80 years, and the people we get to know are also only passing IN THIS SAME LIFETIME for their average 80 years...what if they weren't? What if your favorite people lived during the 1800's or within a lifetime that starts 100 years after you die? What if you never knew of your few favorites? Would you have other favorites? Probably, or maybe not. We don't know. The internet has given us the opportunity to communicate with many more people than was possible 15 years ago or any time before this in history. What if this was availabe in our parents youth, or our grandparents youth? Do you think they would have met different partners? We are within the threshhold of a frontier that has broken the final barrier, the worldwide communications barrier, a lot of it anyway...there are still parts of the world that don't have internet access. But this past decade has released the human bonds of distance on a daily basis, minute by minute, the distance doesn't exist anymore, AND there's much more daily communication than ever before in history between complete strangers worldwide.
