Funny Animal Stories
6/30/2009 10:09:14 AM

Have you had a funny animal encounter? Well yesturday I visited one of my brothers, and he has this energetic and very strong dog. Me my mom and brother were all sitting on the couch when Rocko the dog decides its petting time. I swear, the wagging of his tail could cut down a tree.

This dog rolled all over us, begging to be rubbed and scratched. But in his excitement, as he walked across us, he stepped on some very furtile ground. He stepped right on my sensitive parts (>.<) And not just once, but twice! And since I have allergies, I was sniffling and tearing moments later.

So not only did I have to use the bathroom to clear my nose of snot, but also hold my tenders along the way. LOL!

Hi Jayson,

You poor child. Just thinking about that is painful.

Get well soon.

LOL at Chris's answer!

Jayson should have known to protect his privates, that was at least an 80 pound dog!!  The thing sat on my lap for awhile, it loves me!  You know how animals are, they put their entire self upon you, every inch of the pet wants to sit on the person, then it stretched out on all 3 people on the sofa.

Jayson,

Your story takes me back a few years (quite a few years) to when I was about 10 years old (sorry, 52 years ago, ouch).

I used to go to a local Gospel Hall because one of the Elders ran a cool youth club/bible class. Several of us were attracted to this club because the elder in question had a small yacht moored about an hours drive away in Chichester Harbour (UK).

This guy used to invite two boys to join his family on a Saturday sailing out and around the harbour. We had great adventures and fun.

The low point was going home. As you will know, if you beach a yacht you then have to jump off and wade the last few feet, well, that went for his dogs too.

Going home we would have to sit on the back bench seat of the car with two very damp Retriever dogs, stinking of seawater, sitting on us. A useless towel was provided. What could be worse? This.

Half way home the guy would stop at a take away (English Fish and Chips), he would generously buy us some fish and chips which we then (no choice really) had to share with these wet and now salivating dogs.

The smell of wet, seawater soaked, salivating dogs still hangs in my nostrils every time I see Fish and Chips.

Happy days. Got our bits trodden on a few times too, but,  we were so trapped that any attempt to rub things better was impossible.

Sir Roger

LOL Jason!  Animals get so silly.  I know some but I can't think of one of the top of my head at the moment.

Except my 2 little cockatiels like to perch on my feet when I sit on the floor.  And how about the squirrels and blue jays that look in my window and wait when the bird feeders are empty.  Those are pretty cute.  :)

Love and big hugs.

Barb :)
