I've personally sponsored dozens, but some don't promote and then they quit without even trying. I tell people to concentrate on just promoting Lotto Magic until they have at least 5, lots of people get 5 within a month, I got 3 within my first month. It just takes consistent enthusiastic promotions.
I have levels below the 5th level. When people quit, those commissions roll up. I would like to see more activity in lower levels, it all depends on each sponsor. You'll have access to the email addresses and postal addresses and phone numbers of your first level only, and then encourage them to encourage their first level, etc.
I've had several small group wins during almost every twice-weekly drawing, I've had as many as 11 wins during one drawing. The lowest average amount of Florida Lotto winnings for matching 3 numbers is $5, so 10% of that would be 50 cents. I've also had matches of 4 numbers in my group, the average is $70 so 10% is $7. The ticket-holder gets 50% and the 5 people straight up from the ticket-holder each get 10%, so if you're at the top of a group, you could get lots of 10%'s of small winnings almost every Wednesday and Saturday, and if you're a Power Captain, you're playing both Powerball AND Florida Lotto, your winnings are added to your monthly paycheck.
