This is my first year as a college student and my first semester in Journalism. Two weeks into the year, I heard there was an opening to host my own podcast, so I jumped at the opportunity. What started out as just a class project, has grown in popularity. I've won 1st and 2nd place JACC awards for best music/talk show. I have been approved to run this show for credit for the next 3 semesters and it may be the start of something great. Ever since I was a boy, I dreamed of hosting my own radio show. I do not like where the radio industry has gone. I wanted to create this to bring back what radio was meant for, promotion and the introduction of real musicians and real talent, not the fake music we are brainwashed to like in this age. If you listen to my show, you will love my format. You may not like everything I play, because this is not a genre specific show.
