IN  LOVE  WITH  THE  ENEMY

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God

is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (KJV)

Have you fallen in love with the enemy?

It is not all at once, it comes by degree.

First you start lingering around at their camp.

It surely won’t hurt, for you are the champ.

Samson believed that he was invincible.

But with his eyes out he ground grain for their table.

He didn’t think sin would get him in trouble.

But by his own hands he died in their rubble.

He had defeated each foe that he faced.

Before it was over his life was disgraced.

Physical strength can’t defeat Satan’s power.

Sin tastes sweet at first but in time it will sour.

He fell for the lie that the enemy loved him.

If we are not careful our end will be grim.

Delilah was lying with every breath.

God’s word makes it clear that sin’s wages are death.
