For years I have built power teams and we have made money in just about every program we embark on. The secret to it, is a plan!
When starting a business in network marketing, most marketers just jump in and then start to flaunt their links and so forth. Well, if you really want to build a strong and viable business, you need to think it through just as if you were buying a house or your first car.
YOU NEED A PLAN!
First you need to know the business you are joining. Secondly, you need to know the ins and outs of that business. How it works, who the principles are, what are their strategies for building the business. once you know and understand that, you can then start to make your plan.
Now the easiest way that I have found to build any business on the Internet is by using a full team effort.
You have already heard of that a million times I'm sure, but do the people that tell you that actually DO IT!
It's very easy to "Talk the Talk", every marketer does it on the Internet. What you need is the people that will "Walk the Walk". In other words, the people that will take the bull by the horns and actually do what they say they will do.
So, when I put a plan together like I will show you shortly, is I make bullet points of what I need to do everyday to make it happen!
Here is my list:
* provide a communication system (we use Skype)
* provide a simple step by step system (we use the GCT Attraction Marketing System)
* provide live training weekly (we use Hot Conference Webinar)
* provide a place for all members to give imput (we have a private members forum)
Create a leaders group (usually that would be your front 3 reliable builders).
Now, the real challenge comes into play. Most programs will have a compensation plan that will consist of either Matrices, Binaries or Uni-levels and each will usually have personal refferal bonuses.
They are great incentives BUT they can also cause the team build to go to an individual build as each member now becomes the competition. What I teach is to build your foundation becuase without it, there is no business. So, what do you do?
What i do to build mysefl powerful downlines that create long term residual, is for the first 4-5 levels of my compensation plan (I prefer matrices as they are the easiest to build), I assign links to new prospects so that I can fill all the levels and build the foundation.
This does a few things. It creates the 2 most important things that marketers need to see in the first 30-60 days or they leave, and that is growth and profit.
In the 2 businesses that our team works, we are able to build them both together as they compliment each other. I gives us a very powerful communication tool that we use to communicate with downline through Skype and the other is our attraction marketing system which of course focuses on marketing the other business.
